RFX Pro Series wheel spacers are lighter and more durable than OEM parts.Manufactured from 7075-T6 aluminium and colour-anodised, they resist surface wearand limit dirt ingress into the hub, extending bearing life.A rear lip keeps the spacers hooked into the seals,reducing the risk of them falling out during maintenance and speeding up wheel changes.Features:7075-T6 aluminium constructionColour anodising for wear resistanceCNC machining for tighter tolerancesRear location lip for secure positioning during maintenanceFitting instructions:Place the motorcycle on a box stand with the wheels raised from the ground.Remove the large spindle nut and loosen any pinch bolts on the lower fork leg.Remove the spindle from the wheel; a brass punch and hammer may be required if it is tight.The front wheel can now be removed.The rear wheel should be loose enough to push forward and lift the chain from the rear sprocket.Remove the rear wheel.Remove the wheel spacers from the wheels.Clean in and around the seals with a contact cleaner such as Maxima Electrical Contact and re-grease under the seal.Fit the new wheel spacers.Open the brake pads inside the brake calipers to give extra room when refitting the wheel.Refit the wheels and push the spindles through.Refit the chain and set the correct chain tension via the axle blocks.Tighten the spindle nuts to the correct torque setting.With the bike off the stand, pump the front forks up and down to align them, then tighten the pinch bolts.Pump the brakes to realign the calipers.
